As a chiropractor, I provide personalized care in a welcoming, affirming space, helping you ease pain, broaden your recovery, and build strength for daily life. From headaches and neck pain to top surgery scar care, past and current injury, and perinatal support, I tailor every treatment plan to meet your unique needs. Using evidence-based techniques infused with compassionate and understanding, I’m here to support you in feeling resilient, and at home in your body.

My sessions are focused on you, your needs, and what brings you ease and strength. There’s no cookie-cutter approach here—each adjustment, stretch, and exercise is designed for your body, your pace, and your goals. Expect a warm, relaxed environment where you’re free to ask questions and share feedback. Whether it’s hands-on adjustments, yoga-informed movements, or guided strengthening exercises, I aim to help you leave each session feeling better connected to your body.

Spinal, Extremity Adjusting

Effective, yet gentle, adjustments are used to reset nerve signaling, decrease pain, and increase range of motion in your joints. These include the spine, pelvis, and extremities (think hips, shoulders, ankles, wrists), etc.

Cold Laser Therapy

Cold Laser Therapy uses light energy emissions that stimulate the mitochondria of the cell, stimulating healing and perfusion to the area, which optimizes the body’s natural healing mechanisms to the application area.

Soft Tissue Mobilization

Methods including cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization are applied to areas of tension in the body. This, with functional movement, draw blood an nutrients to the effected area to restore tissue health.

Lymphatic & Sinus Support

Proper drainage and circulation is key for the sinuses and lymphatic system. Targeted red light therapy, IASTM, sinus massage, and KT taping are used reduce congestion and inflammation throughout the face and body.

Manuel Muscle Work

Knowledge from several manual muscle techniques are integrated to best bring resilience to your muscles and movement patterns. These include ART, Bliss Body Work, MAT, MRT, and Neurofunctional Assessment.

Yoga Informed Rehab

Exercise rehab and physical therapy is combined with an expertise in yoga teaching to provide you with the most effective, and least time wasting active care. Expect to be given short, progressive exercises to be done consistently.

  • $90

    This is a 60 minute appointment required for all new patients. It will include a thorough review of your medical history and current condition, a neurological exam, orthopedic exam, and discussion of a treatment plan designed just for you!

  • $50

    This is a 30 minute session that will include a combination of any all treatments in your plan, as well as any treatments added (or taken away) based on how you are doing on the day of your appointment.

  • $75

    This is a 45 minute appointment for those who require a longer treatment time or those who need a re-exam. Longer treatments could include more in-depth muscle work, multiple treatment areas, and/or one-on-one exercise rehab. Re-exams are scheduled periodically to update your treatment plan, track your progress, or assess a new injury.

  • $30

    This is a 15 minute session for when you are short on time, short on funds, and/or only want one area of your body treated. Please check with your doctor to make sure this is appropriate for you.

  • $80 - 2 people , 45 minutes

    $120 - 3 people, 1 hour

    Share an appointment with a friend, child, parent, sibling, family member, loved one, work bud, the sky is the limit! Please note, all members need their own initial visit.

  • Join us Saturdays from 10am to 11:15am, December 28th to March 29th, for a series focused on warming your body and easing your mind in a safe space through the winter season. Class is held at the Carriage House Collective (same location as the office).

    Expect to hold poses longer to activate underused muscles and connect to your core. You’ll soothe your nervous system in community and leave with tools to carry you on and off your mat. Variations are offered for every pose so class is accessible to all.

    $18 for a single drop in, $15 for booking more than one class at once
