I do not! Unfortunately, insurance does not compensate well for this style of practice. Not taking insurance, allows me to fully customize your treatment plan, and not get worried about whether or not I’ll be compensated. I DO take FSA and HSA cards!
If price is ever a concern, please ask about our pricing options and discounts for financial hardship. -
That is entirely up to you! Treatment plans are designed to do exactly that, TREAT! Some conditions and injuries take much longer to heal than others, several months or even years. The goal of treatment is to get you better than before the injury, that’s what preventative care is all about! You may find that you want to continue coming in for periodic adjustments to keep you feeling well, but this is entirely up to you!

Truth is, you may be a little sore and sleepy! Soreness comes from treatments that stimulate the inflammation cycle in the body, this is entirely normal and on purpose. Stimulating targeted inflammation helps reduce overall tissue tension and pain. Sleepiness comes from treatments that stimulate the nervous system. This can both tire you out, and calm you down. Drink lots of water and give yourself a little time to rest if you can! Let your provider know if you’re on the go so changes can be made if need be.
Please note, soreness should in no way leave you in more pain than before treatment and it should not last more than a day or two. Please contact your provider asap if either of these happen or you have concerns.
