These include cupping, IASTM, ART, Bliss Body Work, MAT, MRT, and Neurofunctional Assessment. Many techniques bring blood and nutrients (perfusion) to affected muscles, restoring tissue health.
Exercise rehab and physical therapy is combined with an expertise in yoga teaching to provide you with the most effective, and least time wasting active care. Expect to be given short, progressive exercises to be done consistently.
